Idea Factory International has officially announced Superdimension Neptune VS SEGA Hard Girls for a release on Steam in Summer 2017. When the PlayStation Vita version of the game was originally released, an ESRB rating already mentioned a PC version, so this doesn’t come as too big a surprise. Atlus U.S.A. has announced that Persona 5, which was just released a few days ago in America and Europe, has shipped a total of 1.5 million copies. Following the decision from Atlus to put streaming restrictions on Persona 5, a move which is getting a lot of criticism from its fans, the reveal that Puyo Puyo Tetris would also feature streaming restrictions in Japan meant fans were worried for the upcoming English release. SEGA of America have released the 3rd “Encore pack” for Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone on the PlayStation Store. Like the previous packs, it costs $9.99/€9.99/£7.99 and includes new songs, modules, accessories and Extra Extreme charts. SEGA have released an 8-bit version of Bayonetta on Steam for free, which is a nice present to the fans in its own right, but the bigger news is probably that it hints at a different announcement next week. In a new update on the US and EU PlayStation blogs, the new PR Manager for Atlus/SEGA of America Will Chan has posted an update on Valkyria Revolution, a spinoff title from the Valkyria Chronicles series. Atlus has announced that they’ll be releasing a remake of Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey, which was originally released for the Nintendo DS. Titled Shin Megami Tensei: Deep Strange Journey, the game is an enhanced port of the original, scheduled to be released on the Nintendo 3DS this fall in Japan. In their on-going Spring 2017 live stream, Atlus has announced that they’ll be collaborating with Spike Chunsoft again to release Etrian Mystery Dungeon 2. The game will be released on August August 31 in Japan for the Nintendo 3DS. They’ll also be releasing a limited 10th Anniversary Box edition for the game.
