Atlus of Japan uploaded two new videos to their YouTube account for Etrian Odyssey V not too long ago. Let’s check them out!
First, we have the second Promotional Video for Etrian Odyssey V. At a concise length of two-minutes, it briefly highlights some of the battling and dungeon-crawling that the franchise is known for (and some of the nice environment visuals, too…), while also drawing attention to the extensive character customization options. Character class choices, color choices, and voice choices! With your party, the adventure begins. Also, attention is given to the skill system and mapping features for the game in this trailer.
Secondly, we have a character class trailer for the herbalist, a class option for the Bronies. They’re a specialized support class, designed around using herbs to produce enhanced or unique healing and offensive options. When enemies get hit with the herb from an Herbalist, bad things might happen to them!
Etrian Odyssey V is coming to Japan on August 4th of this year. No word on English release as of yet. But if it is localized, we’ll let you know….maybe.
