The Shaman belongs is an option for the Bronie race, and they’re meant to be placed on the back row of your party. Shamans are strong at support – they possess skills for healing the party, but also have some strong offensive skills in tow, as can be seen in the trailer.
The Hound is a unique unit option for Therians. They can attack using a bow and arrow, but they can also command their falcon and hound companions to give themselves more command options. The hound is especially useful for binding body parts of enemies.
Etrian Odyssey V is due for release on the Nintendo 3DS on the 4th of August. No word on localization yet.
