Project DIVA Future Tone 20160608 - 6

Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone Rated in Germany

In a recent article, Gematsu points out that Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone has received a rating by the USK, the organization that rates video games in Germany. This suggests that the game will likely be released in Europe and presumably also the Americas. The rhythm game was previously released in Japan as a digital download only, where it offered no less than 220 songs (if you bought both of the DLC packs). As such, it offers a lot more value for money than any of the Project DIVA games that came before it, at least to those who primarily play the rhythm game

Interestingly, the publisher is listed as Atlus U.S.A. rather than SEGA Europe. Until now, SEGA Europe was still listed as the publisher for digital games from Sega of America, such as Hatsune Miku: VR Future Live. It looks like they may not be involved this time. Previously, Deep Silver already took over publishing duties in Europe for the physical games from Sega of America. It should be noted that there’s no official confirmation yet from Sega of America that Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone will be released in the West, but as always we’ll let you know as soon as we have any more information to share!
