SEGA of Japan Announces First DLC Pack and Season Pass for Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone

SEGA of Japan have announced that Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone (the PS4 version of Project DIVA Arcade Future Tone) will be getting its first DLC pack on September 15, 2016. The “1st Additional Music Pack” will cost 1,500 yen (excluding tax), and contains the following items:

  • 4 rhythm game songs (“Ageage Again”, “Cendrillon”, “Adolescense” and “Shake It!”)
  • 13 modules
  • 12 customization items
  • “EXTRA EXTREME” difficulty for 9 songs

Judging from the content, it appears these are the songs that were earlier this year (in Feburary and April).

Aside from the DLC pack, SEGA have also announced an “Additional Music Pack Season Pass”. The Season Pass will cost 3,900 yen (excluding tax) and will give you access to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Additional Music Pack. The 2nd Music Pack is scheduled for a release in December. As of yet, the release date of the 3rd and 4th pack remains unknown, but the 2nd and 3rd pack will also cost 1,500 yen individually. If they all end up costing 1,500 yen each, the Season Pass will end up granting a 35% discount. The season pass will also give you access to 40 different PSN avatars. You can find images of the modules, avatars and songs below.

Lastly, the game will also receive an update to version 1.03, adding a “PV Playlist Playback” menu option,  randomized module and hairstyle choice, changes to prepare the game for the upcoming DLC and a range of bugfixes.
